Description
English: This is NIH 3T3 (mouse embryonic fibroblasts) transfected by EB1-GFP plasmid, encoding end-binding protein-1 fused with green fluorescent protein. Image was obtained by confocal microscope (Zeiss, German), time-lapse: 3sec/frame, 100 frames. Color: rainbow LUT. Sample was made to measure microtubule speed growth. There is a nucleus at the center of the cell, comets are end binding protein fused with GFP, small structure within a cell (balls) are vesicles.
