It is very unlikely that Fortepan’s licensing can cover the original photographer’s copyright. It should be ascertained the copyright status of the photograph photographed here: regardless of the visible shoe and carpet the main subject is the BB poster. -- Tuválkin ✉ ✇ 23:16, 25 July 2016 (UTC)
Delete De minimis does not apply here as Tuvalkin observed. As to the poster, Brigitte Bardot was born in 1934, so even her baby photos would have been copyrighted to at least 2004. This poster was taken from the French Cinémonde magazine so there is a definitive copyright term of life of the author plus 70 years. De728631 (talk) 19:35, 26 July 2016 (UTC)
