Description
English: 2PEM Imaging and NIRB. GFP-expressing tumor cells (green) are subcutaneously injected and imaged with 2PEM. Vessels are stained with Evans Blue (red) and collagen fibers are visualized through SHG (blue). The region of interest is then marked by NIRB (orange).
