Description
English: ParM-YFP polymers are static in the absence of ParR. E. coli cells expressing ParM-YFP in the presence of parC (on pSK9094), but in the absence of ParR, were grown to mid-logarithmic phase and fluorescence microscopy was undertaken. Images were captured every 10 seconds over a time course of 5 minutes. Images were compiled into a motion picture using FIJI.
