- @Adtonko: I do not understand what you mean by "American-style", even which meaning of the ambiguous term American ("of the United States" or "of the Americas"? And what does that mean in terms of style?). - Telling me that the answer can be found somewhere on a site that contains over a trillion files does not help me determine whether it was used by the Colombian government or not.
