It's my first day of receiving emails from you. I clicked on the ad and also click 2 links on the ad that I just clicked. However, I did not see the clicks credited to my account.

I also noticed "Don't forget to clear the cache and delete cookies before clicking" in each of the emails I received from you. Please tell me what do I need to do to ensure the cache is cleared and the cookies are deleted before clicking.

Thanks

Depending on your version of Internet Explorer, click on Tools, upper left of your browser, or Tools or Safety, lower right of browser. Then click "Delete Browsing History". Then make sure that "Temporary Internet Files" (Cache) and "Cookies" are Checked. Uncheck everything else and then click delete. You have just cleared your cache and cookies for IE. It works the same with Firefox. Upper left click on Tools, then click "Clear Recent History" Then make sure only Cookies And Cache are checked and click Clear Now and you are done.
Hope this helps

Thanks my friend,

Also if someone need more info please follow below:

A few of our users complained about their clicks not tracking. If you are facing the same problem, here are a few things that you can try to ensure better tracking.
1. Delete/clear the cookies/ cache, before you start clicking.

How To Delete Your Cookies

To delete your cookies in Internet Explorer 6, click Tools > Internet Options… > Delete Cookies > OK.
To delete your cookies in Mozilla Firefox 3, click Tools > Options > Show Cookies… > Remove All Cookies.

Firewalls
Sometimes, firewalls or anti-spyware programs can prevent cookies from working properly causing money not to be tracked. If your money is not tracking properly, try temporarily disabling your anti-spyware, anti-virus and firewall and complete a few offers.

Internet browsers handle cookies each differently and points are usually confirmed through cookies. Some handle cookies better than others so I think that if you use Internet Explorer 6 or 7, you should have the best chance of money confirming. Remember to follow Tip 5 in this guide to make sure it works properly.

Even the simple things like making sure the web page in your browser loads up correctly will increase tracking. This is indicated by the word ‘Done’ at the bottom-left of the browser.

If you get an error from your browser saying something along the lines of ‘timed out’ or ‘the page timed out’ then that means that your internet connection could be very slow with other people using it or your downloading something very big. If this was to happen frequently then this could be the cause of money not confirming.

Are you saying you have not received credit for past 2 months? If so you should have done something way before now.
