Welcome to this Lifepro Dyna mini review. This isn\u2019t the first Lifepro gun we\u2019re reviewing; we\u2019ve tested and reviewed a few.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lifepro is a reputable brand with a number of fitness and sports recovery products in their catalog. We have loved many of their devices (like DynaFlex<\/a> or Sonic<\/a>), not just because they are top quality, but also because they tend to be pretty affordable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today we will look at their smallest gun yet; the Lifepro Dyna Mini<\/strong>. We have it in our mini massage guns<\/strong> category. But is it worth any consideration?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Design, Size, and Ergonomics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The gun comes in a small, nice box \u2013 you can straightaway tell how small it is based on the size of the packaging. Inside the box is a carrying case, which is a good touch from Lifepro; we\u2019ve always come to expect a case with any of their guns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before we talk about the device, it\u2019s worth mentioning that the case we got has a fabric-like design with a leather strap. Our case is blue with a brown strap. We fumbled slightly with the zipper for our case, but we\u2019re hoping we\u2019re the only ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inside the case are a few things; the gun, 4 attachments, a USB-C charging cable, and a simple but awesome user manual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The device inside is definitely a mini massage gun<\/strong>. It\u2019s small and compact. It\u2019s highly portable too, measuring 5.6 x 3.5 x 1.7 inches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But don\u2019t let the size fool you. This isn\u2019t a toy<\/strong>. It weighs a respectable 1.14 pounds (518 grams) with the flat attachment mounted. Why is it so heavy (per se)?<\/em> We are guessing it\u2019s because of the aluminum case (and battery size, more on that later). Devices with a metal casing tend to be considerably weighty. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cold feeling you get when you have it in your hand is noteworthy. Just to compare it (in terms of size) with other minis; it\u2019s perhaps the same size as the Recoverfun Mini<\/a> (however, it\u2019s lighter) and the Bod and Brad Q2<\/a>. It\u2019s a tad smaller than the Ekrin Bantam<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The shape and design are familiar; we\u2019d call it a classic look. It\u2019s small with a short vertical handle. If you have seen the Recoverfun Mini, this one is similar. There\u2019s probably a slightly noticeable difference with the extended handle at the top missing from the Dyna Mini. There are plenty of Amazon devices<\/a> that look like this as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are not a fan of thick rounded handles, look away because this one is perhaps one of the thickest handles we have seen on a mini. What\u2019s worse (or slightly worse, if you like everything else), there\u2019s no rubber on the handle<\/strong>. We are used to seeing some rubber on handles. We saw it with the Bob and Brad Q2 device. With no rubber, you get sweaty hands when you hold the device for long. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also love an angled handle massagers, even for minis. We adore the Bantam<\/a> for this reason. Since Lifepro chose not to rubberize the handle, a slight tweak to the ergonomics would\u2019ve sufficed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Either way, other features are awesome. For instance, the overall build quality looks great<\/strong>. There are no visible screws, and the device looks seamless. A non-slip wrist wrap<\/strong> is at the bottom of the handle to keep it from accidentally dropping. This is a nice touch we haven\u2019t seen with many guns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can choose between blue and black colors. Our unit is black. The blue one maybe better matches the case.<\/p>\n\n\n

Overall, we feel this is a quality device<\/strong>. The ergonomics could\u2019ve been better, but it\u2019s nothing you can\u2019t live with. <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n
