My daughters and ours. Neither will charge and we cannot take them apart to redo the connections and reset the battery. There is no battery reset. There is no schematic to show how to take apart. We were able to remove several screws where the attachment interface resides, but that is it.

Big waste of money. Bought on FSA site.
