It also has a padded lining to cushion all the items inside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The interior is also molded to fit the items without having them move around \u2013 so you don\u2019t have to worry about your device getting damaged. It also keeps everything organized.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inside the bag, you\u2019ll get the unit, a Fitpulse massage gun charger, 10 attachments, and a drawstring pouch for all the other heads.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As stated, there are 10 Fitpulse Massage Gun attachments. This is similar to the Chirogun\u2019s 15 heads, but we feel like this is more of a marketing gimmick \u2013 you probably won\u2019t use all of them anyway. Nevertheless, it\u2019s nice to have 10 attachments to choose from.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These attachments appear to be durable plastic and of decent quality. It also has one foam-ball head, which feels much softer than the others. To take them off, you have to pull and wiggle them out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This isn\u2019t a problem with the larger attachments, but the bullet-shaped ones are hard to remove. We hoped it had the exact mechanism as the <a class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"https:\/\/massagegunadvice.com\/ekrin-b37s-review\/\">Ekrin B37<\/a> (twist-and-pull), but unfortunately, it doesn&#8217;t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also included in the carrying case are the FitPulse massage gun instructions. Each item is easy to digest, and we especially love the diagrams that show us which head to use for particular <a aria-label=\"muscle groups (opens in a new tab)\" class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bodybuilding.com\/content\/the-gig-7-muscle-groups.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">muscle groups<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Size, Ergonomics, and Build Quality<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Fitpulse Massage Gun is a full-sized muscle massager that feels a little top-heavy. This is a convenient feature, but the lagging operation is quite disappointing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In terms of ergonomics, the Fit Pulse Massage Gun has a circular, cylindrical shape with a rubber handle for a firm grip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For people with shorter hands, this could be harder to hold onto \u2013 especially for long massages.\u00a0The similar (yet cheaper) <a aria-label=\"Taotronics TT-PTA004 (opens in a new tab)\" class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/massagegunadvice.com\/link\/taotronics-tt-pca004\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Taotronics TT-PTA004<\/a> does a better job in that aspect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It also has a 90-degree T-shaped angle, which makes us feel like we\u2019re operating a power drill. <strong>This angle also makes certain parts of the back harder to reach, so we\u2019re not a fan of this feature.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, these features are okay. We didn\u2019t find a factor that wowed us, but it\u2019s not bad, either. Ergonomically speaking, it&#8217;s standard but could definitely be improved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fitpulse Massage Gun Performance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, let\u2019s proceed to the heart of this Fitpulse Massage Gun review.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-magad-info-box\">This percussion massager has an <strong>amplitude of only 10mm<\/strong>. Remember that this pertains to how far the head travels back and forth from the base, so it tells you how deeply it penetrates the muscle.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sure, 10mm sounds like a good number for a <a class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"https:\/\/massagegunadvice.com\/best-mini-massage-gun-picks\/\">mini massage gun<\/a> these days, but remember that this is a full-sized unit. A lot of units of this size and similar price points offer 12-16mm, so in this case, we expected better.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As for the stall force, it only has around <strong>10 to 20, maybe 25 lbs<\/strong>. This means that it will stop running when you press hard enough on your skin, or at a force that\u2019s equivalent to mid-20s lbs.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compared to <a class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"https:\/\/massagegunadvice.com\/best-massage-gun-under-100\/\">similar massage guns<\/a>, this is only a fraction of what they offer. But, if you\u2019re only after a relaxing massage at home, a 10mm amplitude and at least 30lbs stall force combination is just good enough.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As for the percussion, it has a decent <strong>range of 1800 to 3200 RPM<\/strong>. This is spread across 30 speed levels, so you can enjoy a wide variety of beats to help you relax or improve your blood circulation.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While a sports massager with <strong>30 speeds<\/strong> seems promising, it can be quite frustrating to operate. If you want to switch between a light massage and a deeper one, you have to navigate through 20 speed levels \u2013 which can be time-consuming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be honest,  it would have been better if there were only 5 or 6 speed levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Noise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We actually like <a href=\"https:\/\/massagegunadvice.com\/quietest-massage-gun\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">quiet massage guns<\/a> when in use. The Fitpulse Pro Massage Gun is rated at <strong>60dB<\/strong>, which is not too noisy at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We barely heard anything at low speeds, but the vibrations became more noticeable as we increased the speed setting. But even then,\u00a0 it\u2019s still pretty quiet. You don\u2019t have to speak louder if you\u2019re talking to someone next to you, but you might want to turn up the TV volume.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, it\u2019s a medium-quiet massage gun, but the low amplitude is the main reason behind it. Anyway, hopefully, it doesn\u2019t get any louder after a few months of wear and tear \u2013 unlike the Legiral Le3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Battery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Fitpulse Massage Gun uses a <strong>1550 mAh<\/strong> Lithium battery that allows it to run continuously for up to 6 hours. This is a decent battery, but it&#8217;s <strong>on the lower end <\/strong>for a full-size gun, by industry standards (most guns these days have between 2000 and 2500 mAh).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The good news, however, is that not only is 1550 mAh of juice enough (really), but more importantly, slightly lower capacity results in a lighter massage gun. This makes the Fitpulse massage gun much easier to maneuver than, say, a heavy Legiral or even a Theragun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In our testing, we found that the Fitpulse Pro&#8217;s battery life was influenced by the speed level we selected. When we cranked up the speed, we found the battery drained quickly than expected, often lasting less than 6 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During our usage, we appreciated the battery level indicator on the screen. It helped us know precisely when to plug in and recharge, sparing us the inconvenience of the device dying mid-massage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In our experience, the Fitpulse massage gun took about 2 hours to charge fully. The included Fitpulse massage gun charger was handy, but we were a bit disappointed that it didn&#8217;t support USB charging, limiting us to wall outlets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, we discovered that the Fitpulse <strong>doesn&#8217;t operate while charging<\/strong>.
