Nowhere in this article or in our individual B37S review (here) do we claim it’s made in the USA. In fact, right at the beginning of this post, we clearly state that such massage guns simply don’t exist (or we’re unaware of them). However, Ekrin Athletics is indeed an American company with offices and support in the USA. R&D and design are done in the US. We’ve double-checked that.

Regarding the battery, you’re right that the website mentions 8 hours while the manual says 4+ hours (notice the plus). It can be a bit confusing, and we’ve used our connections to bring it to their attention. From our own experience, I can tell you that our unit, used for over two years quite frequently (it’s our “benchmark” massager that we often compare others to), still lasts over 5 hours on a single charge. It’s equipped with a 2550mAh battery – not a small one. So, it all depends on how you use the massager, the intensity, and the pressure you apply.
