It runs at 1750 to 2400 RPM across three speed levels in a redesigned body that weighs 1.1 lbs and measures about 20% smaller than the original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The stall force is the device&#8217;s main constraint. We estimate approximately 20 lbs at maximum speed, meaning the motor slows under moderate pressure and stalls with heavier application. The 12mm amplitude provides genuine depth when the motor maintains speed, but the stall force prevents full use of that stroke length under load. Sessions work better with a lighter touch than with sustained pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compared to the first Mini, this version is clearly improved. It is smaller, quieter, charges with USB-C, connects to the app, and comes with three attachments instead of one. The triangular shape is still here, though, and that design continues to be a trade-off. For typical daily sessions of 10 to 15 minutes, the capacity covers several days between charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The device now uses USB-C charging, replacing the dedicated wall charger from the original Mini. A three-foot cable is included. You cannot fully use that 12mm amplitude under real pressure, and the triangular design still brings ergonomic compromises. The one-year warranty also feels short at this price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are already invested in the Therabody ecosystem and want a compact option that shares accessories, this Mini fits that role well.
